Case study: LOUVRE ABU DHABI, Bollywood Superstars exhibition
The CCC partnered with France Muséums to translate, copy-edit and proofread the catalogue and text panels for this exhibition, working in French, English and Arabic, with additional specialist attention to terms in Hindi.
We developed a detailed vocabulary list to ensure consistency and our expert linguists liaised with multiple authors, ensuring that each contributor’s voice remained authentic while creating a coherent style across all materials. We maintained factual accuracy throughout, balancing the need for precision with the nuance required for visitor-facing content.
By combining linguistic expertise with cultural sensitivity and meticulous project management, we delivered high-quality materials that enhanced the visitor experience, respected the curators’ vision and enabled the museum to engage audiences across multiple languages with confidence.
